New Corcoran Location Welcomes Mike Blomquist

North Central International's Corcoran location continues to grow in preparation for opening to serve the twin cities market. Mike Blomquist recently joined the NCI team as Service Manager out of this brand new facility. 

“I was looking for a company that would allow me to use my previously acquired skills yet offer a challenge of learning a new product line. I desired an occupation with the opportunity for both professional and personal growth,” says Blomquist.

He also noted that NCI’s family-centered mentality is something he enjoys. “They truly value their employees, take feedback seriously and have great communication.”

Blomquist joins NCI with many years of experience in the trucking industry - 16 to be exact.

“I was a tech for 10 years, spent four years as a working foreman and another two as a shop foreman,” says Blomquist. “I am very excited to be working with a wonderful group of people and can’t wait to contribute to the growth of NCI at the Corcoran location." 

Mike is engaged to his fiancé Michele and they have two kids, Mackenzie and Cameron. Plus they have aptly named pets for the industry - a cat – Diesel, a German Shepherd – Axle and Bernese Mountain Dog – Cuda. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, playing softball in a men’s league, hunting, fishing and traveling.
