Priority Diagnosis & Communication Within 2 Hours

  • Guaranteed Priority Diagnostics: Within two hours of your arrival at a participating North Central International location, our specially trained Express Diagnostics technicians will evaluate and determine the required repairs needed on your truck. *
  • Parts Support: Should specific parts need to be ordered, they will be expedited to arrive as quickly as possible.
  • Communication: We will provide the diagnostic results and repair time estimate within the two-hour window. You will continue to receive repair status updates to keep you informed throughout the process.*
  • * Please note that the following repairs are not eligible for Accelerated Service/Express Diagnostics: body repairs, regularly scheduled repairs/preventive maintenance, and multiple line repair orders. Contact the NCI Location nearest you for complete details, availability, and eligibility.

Mobile Service & Towing

Taking Our Services to You

  • NCI Mobile Service: Our Mobile Service centers are available when and where you need us. Our certified technicians will diagnose the problem and determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Common Roadside Repairs: Common requests for roadside assistance include jump starts, battery replacements, fuel deliveries, flat tires, overheating, and minor electrical repairs.
  • 24-Hour Emergency Towing: While our mobile service center can perform small repairs on the go, some issues may require transportation to the nearest NCI or HBC location for full service. We partner with local towing companies to make sure our customers are taken care of in an emergency!
